Baltic Art wholesale website is made available to you under the following policies and conditions. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you should not access or use this site. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct.

Payment information. We do not store your payment information on our website.

Use of Cookies. Our shopping cart and login system relies on cookies protocol to track shopping cart and user information. These cookies are not permanent and will eventually expire. Although they are not permanent, your browser security settings must be set to allow cookies for you to place orders at our site.

Automatic information. Our servers like most others, track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. Pricing

Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on the Baltic Art website are valid at the time of display. All goods prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). These prices are subject to change without notice.

Ordering - online wholesale

Please note: minimum order is $300 for the first order, and $100 for re-order.

Step 1 - Click on My Account option - top, right hand side menu to login into the Baltic Art wholesale website. Use your email address and password received from Baltic Art, during your registration. All your details will be automatically loaded. Click 'Sign in'.

Step 2 - Browse through this website and make your product selection by clicking 'Add To Cart'. By clicking 'My Shopping Cart' you can check / amend your order before checking out. Once you have finished shopping and adding items to your shopping cart, click 'Checkout now' to commence our safe and secure ordering process.

Step 3 – Check you shipping address and if necessary to change click on “Change address”.

Step 4 - Select the delivery service you would like us to use for shipping your order, then click 'Continue' when you have made this selection.

Step 5 – Select your preferable payment method (cheque, direct bank transfer or credit card), then click 'Continue' when you have made this selection.

Step 6 - Confirm that your order details are correct, and if so, click 'Confirm Order'.

By completing the steps above, your order will be on its way to us. You will also receive an e-mail soon after placing your order confirming what you have ordered, indicative price and other details, including Bank Transfer details (if chosen).

We will contact you via phone (if possible) and/or sending you Tax Invoice via mail/fax or email with the final confirmed scope of order (quantities, weights for uniques) and payment details, as soon as possible however not later then in three working days. Please, make your payment for the order based on received Tax Invoice. Once payment is received we wil ship your items immidiately. Please, refer to our Warranty and Return Policy.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right not to provide goods, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Baltic Art form. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed your order and processed your payment. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled (e.g. orders already dispatched) will be subject to our Returns Policy. Accordingly, delivery charges may not be refundable.

Payment

Please, do not any payment before we confirm your order. We will confirm your order via phone and/or by sending you Tax Invoice with all payment details.

You have three (3) options as to how you can make a payment for your order:

Option 1. Make a credit card payment via phone or online via Paymate Express .

Paymate undertake security checks on our behalf, and as a result, you should note that credit card payments are not immediately approved - if you want something 'yesterday', the best way to pay is via direct deposit (option 2). For more information and specific details of the Paymate fees and countries where this service is available see the Paymate website. Please be aware that you do not need to register as a buyer with Paymate to make a payment through them, unless you choose to. Baltic Art reserves the right to decline any payment we believe may be fraudulent.

Option 2. Make a direct deposit (via internet banking or electronic funds transfer) into our bank account:

In all cases, the payment funds need to clear into our bank account before we can ship the goods to you.

Credit card payments via Paymate will be processed in 1-2 business days (usually next business day), in accordance with Paymate fraud prevention and payment processing procedures (they may call you), and then take overnight to clear into our bank account, however, direct debit payments made via Paymate can take up to 4 business days to clear, which is often much longer than a direct bank to bank transfer takes.

In the case of direct deposits via electronic funds transfer, transfers can take up to 3 business days to complete - depending on your bank - but in most cases it will happen sooner - usually by the morning of the next business day.

Shipment

We ship Australia-wide and internationally to the following countries only :

New Zealand, American Samoa, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America, Virgin Islands (US).

We can deliver your items to your shop, office or P.O. Box addresses as well as to rural & regional areas. For peace of mind, all products are sent with full transit insurance.

For Australian addresses we offer two options:

Australia Post Express Post.

  • The shipping and handling cost is $10.00, irrespectively to a number of purchased items.
  • This option is available for orders under $500 only.
  • No signature required. Can deliver to Post Office boxes.
  • Is guaranteed next business delivery for cities and towns in the Express Post network, else delivery is done as soon as possible.

Australia Post Registered Parcel.

  • The shipping and handling cost is $10.00, irrespectively to a number and value of purchased items.
  • Goods are insured against loss or damage while in transit.
  • Signature required. If no-one at an office to sign for the delivery, then it can be picked up from your local Post Office. Can deliver to Post Office boxes.
  • Delivery times:
    • Victoria: next business day – 3 business days
    • Other then Melbourne metropolitan areas: 3-5 business days
    • All other addresses around Australia: 5-7 business days

For Non - Australian addresses we offer:

Australia Post Air Parcel.

  • The shipping and handling cost is $17.00 to addresses in Asia/Pacific region and $19.50 for the Rest of the World addresses, irrespectively to a number and value of purchased items.
  • Goods are fully insured against loss or damage while in transit.
  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days. For more information about Australia Post services please go to Australia Post website.

Please note: We are required to attach customs documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating their cost. Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance will be borne by purchaser.

All above shipping charges are per dispatch to the same shipping address.

While we make every effort to deliver within our estimated process and dispatch times, all timeframes are indicative only. In particular, deliveries outside of major cities and towns within Australia may take longer than the timeframes above. During times of peak seasonal demand (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, but especially Christmas) there may be slight delays in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.

We only dispatch goods upon receipt of cleared funds. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Baltic Art, if an order does not arrive or if you believe the contents of your order are incorrect. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please allow up to the maximum estimated days for delivery. Also note that if an item has been lost in transit or if you have received an incorrect order, we may not dispatch correct or replacement items immediately. Items will be dispatched at our discretion.

You agree that when our carrier is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the purchase agreement between you and us. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery nor will we accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty

Baltic Art warrants that any product sold by Baltic Art website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from your invoice/receipt date. If any defects in materials or workmanship in an item we have sold are identified and notified to us within this warranty period then we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product, or refund your money and take back the product. Baltic Art does not accept any liability beyond this, and does not accept any liability for consequential loss.

Our liability under this warranty is subject to Baltic Art being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to), repair, accidental or malicious damage, or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.

Please note that all warranty claims and returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt.

“Damaged on Arrival” and warranty returns

Please carefully inspect your item(s) on arrival. If for some reason your item(s) arrive in a damaged state, or you believe they have been incorrectly dispatched, please contact us using our online “Contact Baltic Art” form within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s).

At our option, we will either refund you the appropriate amount in the same manner that you paid us, or exchange the product (subject to product availability) free of delivery charges. You will still be liable for the delivery charge associated with your original order and where we are providing free return delivery it is at our sole discretion what delivery service is chosen.

Baltic Art will endeavour to process all returned items within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds from the time we have received returned goods and 4 weeks for credit to appear on your bank statements. We cannot refund to a different credit card to the one used when the purchase was made. A customer service representative will endeavour to communicate by e-mail the successful processing of all refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Baltic Art BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR THE FAILURE OF SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO PERFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY PURSUANT TO WHICH SUCH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT. Baltic Art HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND CONFORMITY TO MODELS OR SAMPLES. Baltic Art IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM MADE BY A THIRD PARTY OR MADE BY YOU FOR A THIRD PARTY.
